I started out reviewing the first episode and was going to do a few at a time but decided to give a full series review a shot, so here we go.
Story
The basic storyline behind Kemeko DX that one day a kid is just dreaming away about a girl he met 10 years ago and fell in love with as a kid. Then all of a sudden he wakes up and booooom robots come crashing through his window and cieling trying to get him. Just about the time they do a fat chibi girl flies in and starts laying the beat down on them. Once they are anilated she professes that she is to be Sanpeita’s wife.
Sanpeita is kind of freaked out about this but soon discovers that inside of this kemeko, which is a shell of a robot for a human to go inside, is this hot sexy girl that looks exactly like the girl he met and fell in love with 10 years prior. However, she never does open up to who she is only hides in the kemeko and and takes on a roll of his teacher at school while living with him at his house with is mom, who is a mangaka.
Sanpeita also has a friend named Izumi who is very well grown 
, see pictures below. She thinks of Sanpeita as only a friend for a long time, but as she sees people trying to get between her and him she realizes she is in love with Sanpeita and she isn’t really sure what she should do through out the whole show as she tries to get closer, but feels awkward since they are child hood friends.
The main plot of the show is that Kemeko is trying to protect Sanpeita from Mishima Electronics Corp. but you never really find out why just ever now and then someone pops up for her to fight off. As the story progresses and enemy presents themselves and tries to fight Sanpeita because apparently there is something inside him that is very very dangerous and could destroy the world. She ends up activating, but kemeko is able to stop it from doing much harm luckily. The catch is Sanpeita doesn’t know about this thing inside him or anything about when he uses it. After that the enemy becomes a kind of friend to observe kemeko and sanpeita.

Around the end of the show the head of Mishima approaches Sanpeita and offers to tell him who kemeko is since she doesn’t disclose anything about who or what she is, but he has to meet the CEO at a certain place or time. Well Sanpeita goes and finds out that kemeko killed her father and stole an experiment that could save the world and supposidly she is an evil person.
While Sanpeita is meeting with the CEO kemeko finds out and goes to rescue him. In the end he takes account of everything that has happened between him and her and comes to the conclusion that she really isn’t bad and so they escape. However, so does the CEO and as they are all walking away they introduce a new character that is now interested in Sanpeita.

My Opinion
When I was watching this the first thing that came to my mind was this is all about the ecchi. Basically To Love Ru with an excuse to be very very brutally ecchi, which I really don’t have a problem with just calling it like it is. I even came up with an SAT analogy. “Kemeko DX is to To Love Ru what Striker Witches is to Sky Girls”. Basically super perverted ecchi. Overall was another fun turn of the brain and enjoy the girls.
As for the story I didn’t think it was to bad I kind of like the sudden girlfriend type stories they are funny. The only real annoyance was that the ending was a cliffhanger for another season, and i’ll be honest I hope there is another season as it was funny. There is not a lot of character development in this series, but that is kind of the charm of it because it is focused on the ecchi overall. It seems to me to focus mostly on ecchi and keeping it good would be difficult, but I think it was pulled of well. I do reccomend this anime too.
