Plot
Kitajima Shinnosuke, a cowboy from the USA who goes to Shibuya to find a group of girls to dance Para-Para. Along the way, he becomes a new type of hero, helping to solve problems that afflict Shibuya-Gals.
Opinion
The best way to describe this show is as Wacky. There are a lot of over the top things done, but are actually done kind of well in the style of the show. One thing I really like about this show is there is actually a lot of character development unlike other some other shows where you might be lucky if there is. I think it can be attributed to the fact there are several subplots which help it along quite a bit. If you are wanting something fun to watch definitely watch this show. And the American stereotyping is even funny too.

I did enjoy this series, not often you see Gaki and Toda in the same show.
It was pretty cheesy but fun never the less.
