Shiranui Flare (不知火フレア) is a Japanese woman associated with hololive Virtual YouTuber, which debuts with Usada Pekora, Uruha Rushia, Shirogane Noel and Houshou Marine in her third generation of vTubers under the name “hololive fantasy” (ホロライブファンタジー).

A half-self that seems sloppy and unusable, but when the time comes she becomes a very reliable big size.
Basically, she’s kind of drained. Her weakness is her emotions and she shouts and gets pretty easily embarrassed (just loudly!).
The fairy-like panda-like creature is named “Kintsuba.”

Flare is a kind and humble person, almost a fault. Her kindness is most often asserted by other hololive members of Fantasy, which have led to their so-called ‘harem,’ with Pekora as an exception. Of the four members of Hololive Fantasy, however, Noel remains the most flagrant in her affection.
Additional Hololive members, such as Sora, expressed admiration for Flare because of her versatile voice and mature aura. But, while Flare is known at first glance to be cool and aloof, she is really quite childish and girl, who gets out of her horror and when she’s drunk.
She also expressed her desire to be more confident in the hololive stream of Fantasy 1st Anniversary.
