A user by the name of Jonah on Twitter has recently gained fame for his 3D-printed T-Rex arms he designed and printed for his chicken. The arms are a nod to the chicken’s dinosaur ancestors, the T-Rex, which scientists discovered back in the early-mid 2000’s.

Jonah’s T-Rex arms quickly went viral on Twitter, with many people wanting to turn their chickens into dinosaurs as well. He posted the STL files on Thingiverse for anyone wanting to also recreate the look.
For those who do not have a 3D printer, have no fear: Jonah has also created an Etsy store called MiddleGA3DPrinting where you can purchase the cute little T-Rex arms for $11.99. So far Jonah has sold over 40 of these 3D-printed arms and the demand is only increasing with many being in people’s carts to give as gifts for the holidays.
Jonah also posted a video on Twitter showing the chickens in action while wearing their arms. They are completely harmless to the chickens and simply slide on underneath the feathers, which can be taken off at any time.

This certainly may be the closest we can get to a proper Jurassic Park with actual dinosaurs, at least until scientists start creating them with DNA. In the meantime, we can’t wait to see the photos of Jurassic Park cosplayers running away from these cute little T-Rex chickens.
