Low Cost Cosplay Creates Hilarious Cosplays With Household Items

Sometimes cosplays can take days or even months to build. From the intricate LEDs to the long hours of sanding and molding foam, cosplay is a timely hobby. But many times you don’t need all the fancy materials and instead have a little bit of a creative mind.

Anucha “Cha” Saengchart, known online as Low Cost Cosplay, has taken that creativity to the max and made thousands of cosplays using things he has around his house.

Low Cost Cosplay is from Thailand and has been making budget cosplays for over seven years. He started back in 2013 by making a low-budget Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z, and ever since then has been creating 3-step cosplay tutorials on his social media pages.

His most recent cosplay is that of Keanu Reeve’s character, Johnny Silverhand, in Cyberpunk 2077. The cosplay is consisted of a simple gray glove, black wig, Aviator glasses, and his cat. He strikes the same post as the screenshot in Cyberpunk, which completes the iconic look.

Low Cost Cosplay has also become quite an internet celebrity as has amassed a following of over 5.7 million on Facebook and 828,000 on Instagram. He has quickly become the go-to cosplayer for any low budget cosplay and even convinced people from around the world to follow in his footsteps.

With quarantine still being a reality to many people around the world (and probably staring at a computer screen for much too long in your house), looking around your house for things you can use for a low budget cosplay would certainly pass the time. Simply find some items, a photo of your favorite character, and create your signature pose.

You can follow Lost Cost Cosplay on both Facebook and Instagram and hopefully have a laugh (or inspiration) for his amazing low budget cosplays.
