Following the two teaser clips, the official YouTube channel for anime voice actress/singer Nana Mizuki has finally posted a full music video for her 41st single song "Get up! Shout!" In the video, she uses a stand-up microphone to shout out the intense rock sound at the top of her voice. Also, she wears a pink jumpsuit with a silver coat and braided colorful extensions in her hair, giving her an edgier fashion than ever before.
As the first new CD single in a year since her 40th single "FIRE SCREAM/No Rain, No Rainbow" in October 2020, "Get up! Shout!" will be be released in Japan on October 27, 2021. Ahead of the CD release, the title tune is also available digitally from today.
The song "Get up! Shout!" will be featured as the second OP theme for the reboot TV anime Shaman King from late October. She has reprised her role as Tamao Tamamura from the first TV anime in 2001-2002, and the single also includes "Hana, Hoshi, Sora -reunion-," a self-cover version of Tamao's character song originally released in 2001.
