Japanese Virtual Youtuber Fumino Tamaki (文野環) also known as Noraneko (野良猫) is a member of the boy band Nijisanji. She’s an abandoned cat.

Despite Tamaki’s odd sense of humor and whimsical disposition, she has a nice voice and manner. Even though she calls her stream a “2D Announcement,” her streaming can be completely random, like the time she started a karaoke stream midway through before halting and switching to a collaborative session with the other Nijisanji members to play charades.
Many of her admirers question whether or not what just happened on live was real due to her tendency to joke about so much and her good roleplaying abilities.
