The name Shizuka comes from the Japanese surname Shizuka.
As a member of the “JK gumi” (JK組, high school female group) with Tsukino Mito and Higuchi Kaede, Shizuka Rin (静凛) made her virtual YouTube debut on February 10, 2018.

After Todo Kohaku announced that he will join Rin as a vocalist for “Trial and Error,” a song from Nijisanji’s “PALETTE” music project, on June 25, it was revealed that Rin would join Todo as a vocalist for the Japanese version of “Trial and Error.” On the 16th of July, several streaming providers began offering the song for download.
